2019 ~ Eos
Such an old story – the blackness permeable to a glimmer as hydrogen and helium’s ionised atoms capture electrons and for the first time in Deep Time light travels freely.
And now each day Eos, sister of Helios smothers the night and trickles lumens down onto the earth and into the sea. We don’t have a morning equivalent to Twilight, abbreviation of ‘between light’.
Eos is one way of connecting to the basic elements of light, air, breath and nature. You can connect in many ways, meditation, watching, listening, smelling, walking, dancing, singing, making art in collaboration. Awakening our aesthetic appreciation of nature is vital so that people can find a way to reconnect.
